It centralizes Terraform configurations and state files, facilitating collaboration among team members while integrating seamlessly with version control systems. With scalable execution environments and robust access controls, HCP Terraform empowers teams to efficiently deploy, manage, and version infrastructure across environments. This role is to lead the Enterprise Cloud and Workflow team within the Terraform Cloud Product Management team and is responsible for ensuring Terraform Cloud meets the needs of largest enterprises across the globe. As Senior Manager of a team of highly motivated Product Managers, you will drive the strategy and execution of our Enterprise capabilities.

You will also be responsible for making HCP Terraform work seamlessly across the other products in HashiCorp’s portfolio. 

What you’ll do (responsibilities)


  • Work across multiple product lines and stakeholders to define the strategy for HCP Terraform and its relevance to Enterprises
  • Own the strategic direction of your group, and be able to regularly present it to leadership and customers
  • Help build processes to prioritize customer, community and internal feature requests across multiple complex areas
  • Manage a growing group of Product managers, helping to define and plan for sustainable growth and personal development within your team

What you’ll need (basic qualifications)


  • 10+ years in product management and have a technical background in infrastructure or DevOps
  • 3+ years managing people. Good experience in giving constructive feedback and building/planning how to grow a team
  • Significant experience with devops tooling, or infrastructure-as-a-service
  • Articulate and effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally

#LI-RemoteIndividual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:$199,800—$235,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:$183,100—$215,400 USDThe base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:$166,400—$195,800 USD
