About the Job
RADAR is seeking a motivated individual with experience in ramping complex products to high-volume production. The Manufacturing Test Lead will be the primary developer of test strategies for manufacturing and will manage their implementation and deployment. This role requires close collaboration with multi-disciplinary development teams, program management, and contract manufacturers (CMs) for both volume production and NPI (New Product Introduction) efforts. The successful candidate must be a self-directed, hands-on technical contributor capable of thriving at the intersection of hardware product development, data analytics, and volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key technical contact with contract manufacturers to develop, improve, and sustain production processes.
- Create and implement test strategies for high-volume manufacturing of RF hardware systems.
- Drive the development of data collection and analysis tools; lead the analysis of test data to identify key performance indicators, monitor trends, and quantitatively drive process improvements.
- Travel to contract manufacturers (50%) and maintain strong working relationships
- Communicate complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders, including hardware/software development teams, program managers, and manufacturing staff.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) test efforts for next-generation hardware platforms.
About You
Required:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- You have demonstrated experience leading the launch of complex products to high-volume production.
- You have the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- You are proficient in database and dashboard development for yield and performance tracking (e.g., SQL, Grafana, Looker).
- You have experience with industry-standard data analysis tools (e.g., Python or similar).
- You are an expert in industry-standard problem-solving methodologies and can lead hardware triage and failure analysis efforts.
- Strong HW/SW debugging skills

The expected base salary range for this position is 150,000.00 -200,000.00

Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
