Summary of Role
This role is responsible for hiring great talent for Ownwell through all things sourcing, screening upto closing the role and setting up new hires for success. A component of this role will also lean into people operations (creating dashboards, enhancing employee experience). It’s a unique opportunity for an emerging people leader who is an expert in recruiting across all functions and wants to see their impact through engaging with people operations processes.This role will be reporting directly to the Head of People at Ownwell.
Primary Responsibilities
Recruiting (Primary Focus)
- Strategic Recruitment: collaborate with hiring teams to bring in high performing talent into Ownwell.
- Candidate experience: Build and maintain long-term relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring they have a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
- Sourcing Innovation: Introduce innovative ways to hire diverse talent
People Operations (Supplemental Focus)
- People and Culture metrics : support with creating and publishing relevant cultural metrics to drive an evidence based approach to building an inspiring culture.
- Employee experience: support various employee processes such as onboarding, offboarding along with contributing to Ownwell’s culture.
