What You’ll Do:


  • Welcome Patients: Greet patients in person and on the phone with professionalism and care.
  • Stay Organized: Schedule appointments, confirm details, and keep clinic schedules optimized.
  • Manage Records: Verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Be the Go-To: Handle calls, answer questions, and assist with billing and scheduling.
  • Support the Team: Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Bring:


  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or medical receptionist training preferred.
  • At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience (medical office experience is a plus).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a bonus.
