To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• Lead Generation Experience: At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, specifically within software engineering consultancies or technology services. A proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads effectively.
• Knowledge of Lead Generation Tools: Basic understanding of lead generation tools and technologies
• CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, for managing leads, tracking interactions, and ensuring accurate data maintenance.
• Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written forms.
• Understanding of the Software Development Services Market: Familiar with the landscape, including competitors and industry trends, and able to leverage this knowledge to identify potential opportunities and optimize outreach efforts.
• Organisational and Communication Skills: Highly organized with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple lead generation activities and effectively collaborating with Marketing and Sales team members.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect Identification and Nurturing: Identify and qualify new leads within the software engineering and technology consulting space, nurturing relationships with prospects until they show buying intent.
• Data Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics for lead generation campaigns, continuously refining methods to enhance performance and meet goals.
• Event and Conference Support: Research relevant events and conferences for the sales team, assist with pre-conference and post-conference outreach, and provide support during the event to maximise lead generation opportunities.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the senior sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads, supporting them with follow-ups by scheduling engagement tasks, assisting with writing follow-up communications, and nurturing warm leads through ongoing engagement to drive conversions.
• CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in Pipedrive, ensuring the sales pipeline remains up-to-date and organized.
