Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee and streamline AP processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Billing Functions: Manage end-to-end billing operations, including payer reimbursements, patient billing, and navigating orthopedic/MSK-specific complexities.
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Provide actionable insights through financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tailored to the unique needs of outpatient practices.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Offer high-level oversight of financial operations to drive process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (CFO, Controller, Finance Director, or similar), with a focus on outpatient orthopedic or MSK practices.
- Expertise in AP, billing, and FP&A, with specific knowledge of orthopedic/MSK-related financial processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
