Operating in the ever-evolving FinTech space, we face one of the industry's most intricate challenges: building a robust, reliable architecture to enable seamless data collection, analysis, and visualization. Unsurprisingly, our Data team plays a pivotal role in driving Ageras' success!Our Data department is organized into three specialized squads: Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and Data Platform, ensuring optimal efficiency and focus.We are now seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, currently composed of 4 data analyst and 1 lead data analyst.As for our tech stack, we work with Python, AWS, Snowflake, Big Query, Meltano, Terraform, Dagster, and dbt for data modeling.

š Your Role as a Data Analyst
Data analysis at Ageras means working with a large volume of data across diverse domains (payment transactions, user behavior and conversion, product usage, ticket volume, revenue, marketing...), and and draw business insights from it to support or impact the company strategy š„
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis & Visualization
- Build and optimize analytical data models using dbt.
- Develop and maintain dashboards on Looker Studio and Metabase to empower teams with actionable insights.
- Analyze complex datasets to solve business challenges and provide recommendations.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with Business, Tech, and Data teams to align on priorities and insights.
- Translate stakeholder needs into effective data solutions.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Team Development & Best Practices
- Help grow and structure the Data Analytics team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in data analysis, visualization, and architecture.
- Stay on top of emerging tools and methodologies to optimize our processes.
You are our ideal candidate if...
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with advanced skills in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau).
- You have significant experience with modern data stacks (BigQuery, dbt) and a strong focus on detail and precision.
- You simplify complex findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- You demonstrate adaptability and proactivity, enabling you to thrive in dynamic and challenging work environments.
- Teamwork is key for you: you enjoy mentoring others while continuing to grow and learn.
- You are fluent in English and excited to work in an international team.
