As an Administrative Manager, you'll be responsible of making the office run smoothly while providing excellent service to teams and external clients. You’ll supervise daily operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities
- Play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations such as all finance and banking routine- including invoicing clients, tracking client payments, vendors payments and organizing offices expenses and invoices
- Schedule meetings, manage main calendars and client meetings, including organizing meeting rooms
- Handle daily operations taking care of all office supplies (groceries, coffee, IT)
- Handle all purchase procedures and bills processing
- Main focal point for all employees
- Handle and schedule deliveries - both domestic and international
- Track orders and customs billing
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager
- Excellent English, both verbal communications and writing skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking abilities and problem solving skills
- Highly dependable and trustworthy
- Proficiency with computers, Excel, G-Suit
- Initiative and proactive approach
- A skilled multi-tasker and problem solver approach, with an ability to work and navigate in diverse and fast-paced environment
