We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions at the intersection of LLMs, software engineering, cybersecurity, and decentralized finance (DeFi). The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML, the ability to build production-ready applications, a proven record of creating LLM-based applications to aid software engineering and cybersecurity practices, and a deep interest in Web3 and DeFi.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies into various systems and applications.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI techniques, focusing on creating and using LLMs in the context of software engineering and cybersecurity.
- Build AI solutions for automated finance.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support AI/ML processes.
- Analyze on-chain data to extract insights and improve decision-making.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Implement SotA techniques into engineering pipelines.
- Test, evaluate, and iterate on AI models to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to define AI initiatives' objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
- Proven experience in building LLM-based applications to improve software engineering and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience in analyzing structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Ability to write production-ready Python code.
- Good understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized networks, smart contracts, and DeFi
- Familiarity with data processing pipelines, model deployment, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in the field of AI and Web3.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building AI solutions for blockchain/Web3 products such as DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs.
- Familiarity with languages such as Rust, Go, or Solidity.
- Large Language Model red teaming experiences.
- Engagement in popular AI-related open-source projects.
