Role Overview: Full Stack Web Developer

As a Mid Level Full Stack Web Developer, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications across the technology spectrum. Your role involves utilising modern web technologies and ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. You'll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with business goals and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities for Web Development

Design and implement scalable and robust web-based applications using the latest development languages and technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform user needs into technical solutions, provide input on design feasibility & performance.
Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle—from conception to deployment—and ongoing improvements and updates.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to optimise their performance and user experience.
Continuously explore and experiment with new technologies to improve our products and coding practices.
Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold high coding standards.

Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in full stack web development, with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficient in languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members.
