Position Summary:


ProShares is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our product marketing initiatives. This role involves executing focused digital marketing strategies, supporting product launches, and creating impactful marketing assets that effectively position our ETFs. The Product Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally to ensure strong, targeted product campaigns that align with regulatory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product marketing within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities [1]:


  • Product Support: Assist in the development of product positioning for new and existing ETFs.
  • Content Support: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create engaging collateral, including presentations, fact sheets, and web page content.
  • Campaign Execution: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products, track their effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
  • Competitive and Market Research: Conduct analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and target customer segments for our products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the other teams, including product managers, client relationship managers, and business intelligence analysts—to deliver the tools and support needed to effectively market our products.
  • Compliance: Assist in the organization of marketing assets for compliance approval, ensuring all materials adhere to applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Web and Digital Enhancements: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify and manage enhancements to digital properties.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in financial services or asset management.

Skills: 


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for finance and investment products

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $65,000- $85,000 (USD) which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
