Summary
Eagle Eye Networks seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to oversee our Accounts Payable Process. This is a hands-on operational role in a fast growing technology company.
Responsibilities
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Reconcile payables bank account for monthly transactions
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Review and maintain accounts payable aging reports
- Onboard, review and maintain vendor information within AP automation tool
- Monitor AP inbox for unprocessed bills to be accrued for at month end
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, 1099, etc.)
Experience
- 4+ years working experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or similar role
- Solid computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Tipalti and/or NetSuite experience a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- HS Diploma
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree a plus
