Who You Will Be Working With


As an AI & Software Engineer III at PMG, you’ll join a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Our team develops Alli, a cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools that revolutionize digital marketing for some of the world’s most iconic brands. Last year, Alli powered campaigns reaching over 1 billion consumers across 80+ countries, delivering exceptional results that make a meaningful impact on our clients’ businesses.You’ll work across one of Alli’s key pillars—Actions, Data, or Insights—collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems and build scalable, AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative and scalable frontend features within Alli.
  • Develop and maintain the Alli UI component library, ensuring seamless integration for user experience and engineering needs.
  • Partner closely with Product and UX teams to create intuitive, transformative marketing products that are both functional and beautiful.
  • Ensure frontend applications are responsive, performant, and scalable, delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Mentor junior frontend engineers, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices to build a stronger, more innovative team.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality, maintainable code across the platform.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption when they bring value to the team and platform.
  • Pioneer development in state-of-the-art technologies, shaping the future of marketing technology.

What You Will Bring


  • 4+ years developing frontend applications, with a strong focus on scalability and performance, or a related field, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years working with modern frontend frameworks or libraries like React, Redux, Angular, or Vue.
  • Hands-on experience working across all stages of projects, including requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications.

  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, and tools like Webpack or Vite to build dynamic and responsive applications.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain to explore and implement innovative solutions.
  • Experience with Git for version control, using platforms like GitHub and Atlassian in an agile Scrum framework.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, build systems, and unit testing, including test-driven development (TDD), to ensure robust application quality.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for automating deployments and managing system configurations.
  • Experience working with tools like Grafana, Docker, AWS, and GCP to develop, monitor, and scale applications effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and creating meaningful impact.

  • Interest or familiarity with the digital marketing industry and its integration with frontend solutions.
  • Prior experience working with large language models (LLMs) or AI-driven tools.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.

PMG is the industry expert in CHC revenue cycle management. We assist with all aspects of the revenue cycle from point of service to final adjudication of the claim. We work to optimize each client's position legally and ethically.
