Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Telecommunications Technician, your role is essential in ensuring safety today and fostering innovation for tomorrow. Your expertise will be vital to the success of our team.

Requirements:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the configuration, troubleshooting, installation, and removal of Voice and Video endpoints.
Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration troubleshooting user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory.
Create, modify, and remove Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
Configure Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
Respond to security incident reports.
Manage customer tickets in the Support IT ticketing system.
Hold an IAT Level 1 certification.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent with 19 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience.

Clearance Requirement:
