Job Responsibilities


As a Senior Telecommunications Technician, your role is essential in ensuring safety today and fostering innovation for tomorrow. Your expertise will be vital to the success of our team.

Requirements:


  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the configuration, troubleshooting, installation, and removal of Voice and Video endpoints.
  • Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration troubleshooting user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory.
  • Create, modify, and remove Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
  • Configure Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
  • Respond to security incident reports.
  • Manage customer tickets in the Support IT ticketing system.
  • Hold an IAT Level 1 certification.

Education and Experience:


High School diploma or equivalent with 19 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience.

Clearance Requirement:
