The Griff Network, located in Fallsington, PA is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative


General Description:


This role will act as a liaison, to provide excellent customer service, manage inside sales activities, and help our customers find the right solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for helping customers and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professionaland efficient manner.• Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and order status tocustomers.• Process orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery andcustomer satisfaction.• Assist with inside sales activities, including lead generation, quotes, and orderprocessing.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business andcustomer loyalty.• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to addresscustomer needs and resolve issues.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, andcommunications in the ERP system.• Monitor customer accounts and suggest new products or services based oncustomer needs.• Respond to customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring positiveresolutions.• Manage product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as required.• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing sales trends to support businessdecisions.

Competency of Position Requirements:


• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role; experience in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment preferred but not required.• Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.• Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues and support the sales team.

JobQualifications:


  • Must have 3 to 5 years experience ina customer service field
  • High School diploma or equivalent required 
  • Business to Business work experience is preferred
