Requirements


Key Responsibilities:


1.    Client Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with key QSR/F&B clients, aligning with Kian's tradition of client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and Kian.

2.    Sales and Business Development:


  • Exceed sales targets for key accounts, utilizing Kian's extensive track record and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales processing team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery.

3.    Strategic Planning:


  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the R&D team, to develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Engage in product development discussions and cost optimization initiatives in coordination with the R&D team.

4.    Forecasting and Reporting:


  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize performance.

5.    Negotiation and Contract Management:


  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee contract compliance, adhering to Kian's commitment to transparency and fairness.
