About The Job


  • Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization
  • Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
  • Manage client accounts and payment schedules
  • Maintain and operate the accounting system and software with LOGO
  • Carry out reconciliations with relevant parties
  • Carry out month-end closing activities
  • Follow up and prepare daily bank transactions
  • Prepare documentation and do filing
  • Ensure accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax returns and follow all tax related deadlines and regulations
  • Control expenses according to company policies and detailed fixed cost analysis
  • Run monthly inter-company reconciliation
  • Check the accuracy, integrity, completeness, and consistency of financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements
  • Accompany statutory and audits
  • Follow up on legal matters and relations with internal and external legal attorneys and consultants

Requirement


  • Master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required
  • Proven planning and organizing skills and the ability to maintain precise records
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Current familiarity with common accounting platforms including Logo, Xero, or Quickbooks
  • Knowledge of productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Experience in US and UK accounting practices is preferred
