The role focuses on core areas of HR likeTalent Management, talent engagement & retention, performance management, Employer Branding, talentonboarding & data analytics from a Human Resources standpoint.The role requires the ability to deliver quality output in steep timelines & ability to manage senior stakeholders.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTalent Management, Talent Engagement, Data Analysis:1. Managing end to end employee life cycle & employee experience of assigned employee group fromone of the departments, like Product, Consulting, Sales, etc2.
To support new joiners at all levels via New hire assimilation programs like Buddy Program, new joinermeet & greet, employee probation confirmation3. To engage turbo talent of the organization by conducting pulse connects, employee surveys, outputdriven employee connects, rewards & recognition4. Understand & manage the appraisal process & KPI/VGI of the department and ensure adherence toP&C guidelines around ratings, budget utilization, Promotions, etc. Ensure that the process is transparentand pay parity, performance based increments are followed5.
Handhold people managers & leaders from HR standpoint & partner with them for providing careerpathing, mentoring, & coaching to their teams, enabling them to engage with their teams6. Raise an early warning signal basis EEP connects & work proactively with leaders to curb attrition &ring-fence talent, manage employee grievances & concerns & resolve it within decided TAT7. Conduct exit connects for outgoing employees & ensure retention of turbo talent with businessleadership8. Adhere to EEP playbooks & TAT; ensure high PES (Playbook execution scoring) for self & team9.
Manage data analytics on various fronts (like attrition forecasting, KPI analysis,etc) & preparedashboards for various report outs. Contribute in preparing operas & playbooks around P&C processes10. Have a Win-Win-Win mindset and suggest changes/policies that are aligned with this principle, where itis a win for the company, employees & yourself 11. Build strong network within teams & in turn build credibility as a true P&C partner.Skill Set & Qualifications Required:● Masters in HR preferred● Minimum 2 years of experience as HRBP, EEP or HR Generalist in a rigorous & progressive organization● Must have managed data analytics earlier● Proficiency required in - Communication skill, Assertiveness, Speed to execution, proactiveness, end toend ownership● Must be hands-on in Microsoft & Google suite
