Paragone Solutions, Inc. is seeking a committed Manager with expertise in the military human resources field to lead the execution of Military Personnel Administrative tasks. The successful candidate will oversee diverse functional areas, ensuring efficient operations and strict adherence to military standards and procedures.
This role is contingent upon contract award. The period of performance is anticipated to begin in March/April 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative tasks within the following functional areas:
- Personnel Information
- Strength Accounting/Reporting
- Records Management
- Soldier Readiness
- Assignments
- Identification
- Personnel Actions
- Soldier and Civilian In/Out Processing
- Casualty and Transition Management
- Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and military regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the military human resources field.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
