About the Internship
If you’re eager to learn, love writing, and enjoy exploring the intersection of creativity and technology, this internship is for you! Join Bynder as a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in email marketing, program management, and data analysis. This is a unique opportunity to design and execute impactful customer engagement campaigns that drive results, all while working alongside the Director of Scaled Customer Experience and collaborating with our Operations, and Marketing teams.At Bynder, our Scaled Customer Experience Team plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers maximize their success with our platform.
Email is a big part of their ability to do that, and that’s where you come in.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Write emails that guide customers through key milestones in their journey with Bynder.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance.
- Transform email drafts into HTML-designed emails using template tools.
- Collaborate with CX and Marketing teams to enrich emails with engaging content.
- Propose and outline improvements to trigger emails based on product usage data.
- Design and implement tracking systems to measure email performance and business impact.
- Create the first digital digest for customers, providing insights into their Bynder usage and delivered value.
Learning Opportunities
By the end of this internship, you will have:
- Designed and executed end-to-end campaigns that validate your hypotheses and deliver measurable results. Perfect if you’re writing a thesis.
- Gained hands-on experience in email marketing and optimization.
- Developed skills in program management and data analysis.
Qualifications and Preferred Traits
- A strong writer with a passion for storytelling and a keen interest in technology and data.
- Creative, curious, and experimental with an analytical mindset.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to export/import data, create basic formulas, and build graphs to track and visualize results.
- Not afraid to ask questions, suggest ideas, and work collaboratively across teams.
- English as a first language is preferred.

- This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) based in the heart of Amsterdam.
