Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamo’s security program and procedures as required by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Department of Defense (DOD), and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (32 CFR Part 117). The AFSO may supervise department activities in the absence of FSO to achieve security support and continuity of departmental operations.
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Assist the FSO with overall security program
- Process new employee security clearances
- Track security clearance investigations and training requirements of cleared employees
- Assist with self-inspection and review of security processes to ensure compliance
- Support new hire processing/onboarding for classified and unclassified contracts
- Provide security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training
- Provide outgoing Visit Access Request (VAR) and access certifications
- Review SF-86 investigations (eAPP) for completeness
- Ensure PII document control of employee security files
- Assist in preparation for DCSA Security Reviews
- Maintain/update information is DCSA system of records
- Create subcontract DD254s for prime and partner organizations
- Assist with developing/revising Dynamo Security policy documents (SPP, ITP, OPSEC)
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products
- In-depth knowledge of NISPOM requirements
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, work independently and in a team
- Ability to interpret and implement security policy, provide guidance, oversight, and assistance to Dynamo leadership, managers, and employees
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency with utilizing Security portals (NISS, DISS, ACCS, & NBIS)
- DCSA FSO Program Management Certification(s)
Nice to Have Skills
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification
- OPSEC Level II Certification
- Knowledge of Foreign, Ownership, Control, and Control (FOCI)
- Knowledge of Joint Venture (JV) entities
- ITPSO Program Management Course
Education and Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Active Top Secret clearance preferred or Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
