Easy Dynamics is recruiting a Project Manager with Federal background experience. The candidate will have experience and familiarity supporting the planning, design and development of projects, with an exposure to include cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management implementations. The Project Manager exercises the full range of supervisory responsibilities, to include assignment of work, setting priorities, selections, coaching, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Manages administrative and deliverable-related aspects of the client requests in close coordination with the client leads and project team including resourcing and assisting in the project activities of off-site staff, ensuring consistency through on-site and off-site work
- Uses best practices to support product planning and product development process, including backlog grooming and roadmapping
- Facilitates matrixed Agile and Scrum teams to ensure collaboration between on and off-site personnel and seamless integration with the client personnel to share the knowledge and information that translates to cohesive and on-target work that meets the agency's needs and objectives
- Manages stakeholder relationships on behalf of the project team, including gathering project requirements, facilitating prioritization and decision-making processes, and routine project communications; and
- Creates process and project documentation in collaboration with project teams.
- Manage project risk and come up with mitigations
- Coordinate effectively and collaboratively with other subcontractors that the client hires
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve Easy Dynamics delivery and client goals and approaches
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Provide periodic written and verbal reports to the Program Manager, and other Easy Dynamics senior management, as necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences required
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail required. Candidate must possess the ability to anticipate challenges, prioritize work, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- 5+ years’ experience, including 1 within the IT industry, in the following:
- Manages large-scale projects by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Maintains a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards.
- Leads project teams and facilitates the delivery of products to the client.
- Manages client communications and updates on progress, changes, and overall project direction.
- Facilitates group project meetings with client, formal communication skills, and proven team management skills.
- Experience working within Agile Product Frameworks
- Experience working in and managing User Experience (UX) projects
- A metrics-driven approach to product management
- Ability to identify issues and elevate in advance of realization
- Candidate must possess knowledge of the Identity, Credential, and Access Management domain, as well as related cybersecurity concepts
- Bachelor’s degree required
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (Public Trust)
- Federal Government background experience preferred
- Certified Scrum Master
- Project Management certifications strongly desired (i.e., PMP, Agile POPM, etc.)
