- Assist the recruitment process, posting job openings, preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinating onboarding materials for new hires.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Manage and implement performance review process and improvement plans, ensuring all employees and managers are aligned and participate on time.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Address payroll-related questions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
