As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible foridentifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Along with hiring tasks, this role will also be responsible for People Generalist tasks to help support the entire HR team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about helping our company grow by attracting the best talent.Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage and own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned departments, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and running onboarding tasks including background checks, employee profile set up, and submitting IT tickets.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create customized recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates by providing timely communication and transparent feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Interviewing & Assessing Candidates: Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and align them with organizational needs and culture.
- Offer Management & Negotiations: Present job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process including onboarding tasks.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through active participation in online communitiesand other external recruitment activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve recruitment and HR processes, tools, and strategies.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on workplace issues, policies, and procedures, while fostering a positive work environment.
Education and Experience:
- 4-6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a proven track record of successful hires across a variety of functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Ability to own your role and manage a high volume of open requisitions (10+)at any given time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring practices and HR.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analytics and recruitment reporting tools.
- Experience in Finance, SaaS, or FinTech is a plus.
