- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners & stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management.
- Prepare business proposals and present Teckro’s products through online and on-site demonstrations, respond to RFIs and RFPs, and develop pricing proposals.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting on a regular basis.
- Identify trends and new business opportunities and partnerships. Establish a strong market presence within assigned territories.
- Work closely with our Go to market team and SDR team to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Actively contribute to the decision-making process, understand customer problems, and propose design alternatives to support product success.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience within the Clinical Research and life science industry
- Established networks and relationships within the Clinical Operations environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales and business development activities within the Clinical Operational space.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives, peers, managers, and team members
- Effective team player and collaborator with high energy levels and a desire to succeed
- Ability to understand the Life Sciences customer’s needs and provide solution
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field
Location and Travel:(Dublin/Limerick)
- Hybrid work option with the flexibility to work in our Irish offices located in Dublin or Limerick City.
- We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
