We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader to manage and optimize IT support operations across our global workforce.
This role combines team management with hands-on technical support.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of HelpDesk specialists, ensuring effective task delegation and collaboration.
- Optimize HelpDesk workflows to enhance service quality.
- Provide hands-on IT support for employees and office systems, both local and remote.
- Maintain and update IT equipment inventory, oversee purchases, and manage installations.
- Ensure the security of company devices and data by managing security software.
- Administer and troubleshoot office network infrastructure and basic server functions.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Support and maintain telephony systems as needed.
- Keep documentation up to date, including policies, network diagrams, and user manuals.
- Oversee workstation backup systems to ensure employees' files are securely stored.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead and develop a distributed team.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Experience with:
- Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Active Directory
- Networking (OSI, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN)
- Basic server administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Russian is a plus.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with telephony systems and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with Linux and virtualization systems.
- Knowledge of mobile device management tools like Jamf.
- A degree in IT or a related field.
