Position Details (What will you be doing?)
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to operationalize our talent strategy with key initiatives and plans that provide the building blocks for continued company growth through the attraction and hiring of top talent. The person in this role will ensure consistent practices across the company in compliance with all employment-related company policies, agency regulations, and state and federal laws. Provides managerial oversight to the recruiting team.The Director of Talent Acquisition will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs and drive accountability in recruiting and selection.
- Manage recruiting processes, programs, policies, workflows, and tools to enable the recruiting team to attract, hire and onboard the best talent.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes, tools, and systems necessary to support the recruiting function while working with the recruiter(s) to improve quality of hire, support ATS improvements, adapt & integrate new tools, drive TA commitment to data integrity and consistency while ensuring the team delivers excellent candidate experiences.
- Provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, and an understanding of talent needs to assist in developing talent strategies to support growth plans and forecasts.
- Accountable for talent acquisition metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools and hires, diversity hiring, time to fill, and hiring manager and candidate experience. Analyzes success against metrics and partners with business leaders to create plans to achieve ongoing improvement in results.
- Partner with Marketing to develop, implement and communicate our EVP (Employment Value Proposition) to execute best-in-class practices for end-to-end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, communication selection, and transition to onboarding.
- Work collaboratively with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to operationalize the headcount plan.
- Deliver and monitor a scaled resource model for real-time capacity planning and help to identify and address potential resource gaps through proactive sourcing.
- Execute strong process documentation and change management communication to drive consistency in service delivery to the business.
- Partner with vendors to help improve and drive the use of all recruiting and sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others)
- Establish and manage vendor and agency partnerships/contractual relationships.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (What will you need to be successful?)
To be successful you must be a strategic, decisive, results-oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of constituents based on trust, teamwork and credibility and results. You must be creative in evolving and broadening existing talent attraction and hiring efforts to deliver top talent and establish ecoATM as a premier talent destination.
- TA/HR Leadership experience with a proven track record of success in juggling and filling multiple roles at one time.
- Ability to prioritize in a FAST-paced work environment, pivot quickly based on changing business needs and manage time appropriately.
- Deep and broad expertise and experience using effective strategies to source and recruit talent across multiple channels and sources and in multiple disciplines at multiple levels (Early Career through Sr. Leaders).
- Demonstrated success in building company-wide TA reporting and ability to collect and analyze data to make and communicate decisions.
- Working knowledge of process excellence, business operations, and project management principles, methodologies, and tools applied in a TA operation environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a TA operations role with in-depth knowledge of recruiting compliance, tools, systems, and processes.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify scalable solutions, set objectives, and drive change management with the ability to convey project strategies and goals effectively.
- Proven strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working out of Greenhouse and building the platform.
