We are seeking an experienced and strategic Content Team Lead to lead the content strategy and execution for our company. As the head of the content team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s voice and ensuring our content is aligned with business goals, resonates with our audience, and supports our marketing and branding strategies.Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Management: Own the content strategy across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and business objectives. Lead and mentor our content team.
- Public Relations Leadership: Supervise the PR function, ensuring timely and professional communication of company news, press releases, and public statements. Work closely with the PR specialist and Market Analysts to maintain a positive company image.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other marketing teams to create content that drives engagement, supports campaigns, and strengthens the company’s position in the market.
- Content Performance: Track and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using data to optimize and adjust strategies for better user engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing marketing teams.
- Strong ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, support business goals, and enhance brand awareness.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Knowledge of content localization and translation processes, ensuring consistent messaging across different languages and markets.
- Experience in public relations, including writing press releases and managing company communications.
- Fluent in both English and Russian, knowledge of Spanish will be a strong plus.
