Are you passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships? We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team and help bring new customers on board. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating how our Smartbox can help solve their problems, and guiding them through the entire sales process.

In this role, you’ll:


  • Close deals by running online demos and explaining how the Smartbox works.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with new customers.
  • Be the main point of contact for key accounts, helping with any questions or issues they have along the way.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like sales development and customer success, to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:


  • Have experience in B2B SaaS sales, especially closing deals and meeting quotas.
  • Are comfortable talking with clients over the phone, through email, and on Zoom.
  • Enjoy learning about new products and how they can solve real-world problems.
  • Work well in a team and like collaborating to get the best results for the customer.
  • Are proactive and enjoy following up with clients to make sure everything’s running smoothly.

Requirements


  • 4+ years as a B2B SaaS Account Executive

  • Experience selling to executives at mid-size and large companies

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a specific industry relevant to Keycafe's product

  • Ability to strategically analyze market, develop and pursue deals

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas

  • Ability to work remotely, prioritize and balance time effectively

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Based in Texas, Tennessee or Canada

Benefits


  • Annual base compensation: 50,000-60,000 CAD

  • You will participate in a commission-based compensation program that will be 30-50% of your total compensation, depending on your performance.

Your complete property access solution Keycafe provides solutions for property access management. Keycafe has enterprise level key exchange solutions for Real Estate Agencies, Cleaning Companies, Property Management Agencies. Keycafe also has a network of locations in 42 major cities to allow forward deployment of keys near properties. Keycafe essentially digitizes existing keys and allows key owners to go online and assign access to guests. Our partnership with Airbnb through the Host Assist program lets hosts integrate the Keycafe service with their bookings. This means the vacation home rental access issue is solved automatically. Once you set up the integration, every guest that books can automatically receive access to your homes keys and you receive a text message when your keys are picked up or dropped off by your guest. Vacation rental hosts no longer need to wait on guests who arrive late, stop for dinner en route, or have a flat tire. No need to take time off work, or beg friends and family to handle the key exchange with their guest. This solution will help property managers such as Airbnb hosts, manage their guests even when they are out of town or at work. Keycafe will also work for anyone in the neighborhood around a partner cafe to provide services from home cleaning, dog walking, package reception, and delivery. The idea for Keycafe came from personal pain. Clayton Brown was an Airbnb host and was almost ready to give up due to so many issues with getting keys to his guests. Looking for a solution yielded no help so we set out to create a solution for everyone. Keycafe now has over 800 locations in more than 45 cities worldwide and 8 languages.
