RoboMarkets is a multi-asset broker offering 7 asset types and more than 12,000 instruments for trading. Our company has grown rapidly in the past years and now provides professional services for institutional and retail clients from Europe. We are looking for a strong and experienced Marketing Product Manager to take ownership of our company website, the key platform for engaging our audience. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and business acumen, with a focus on performance, user experience, and driving conversions.You will manage and lead cross-functional teams responsible for website development and SEO.
Your mission will be to ensure the website delivers an optimized user experience while aligning with our business objectives, increasing user engagement, and improving traffic from our target audience.Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Own the website as a product, setting the strategic direction and roadmap. Prioritize features and improvements that align with business goals and deliver value to our target audience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams including web developers and SEO. Ensure efficient collaboration and delivery of high-quality results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and executives) to align website goals with broader business objectives. Present performance reports and propose strategic improvements.
- UX/UI Optimization: Drive continuous improvements to the website’s UX/UI, ensuring an optimal and seamless experience for traders. Analyze user behavior and recommend changes to enhance usability and conversions.
- SEO Strategy: Ensure website's optimisation for search engines, working with SEO specialists to implement best practices and improve organic traffic.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the fintech.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess website performance, analyse market trends, and propose improvements to attract and retain users.
- Experience with website product ownership, including setting roadmaps, prioritizing features, and working with development teams.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, web analytics, and performance metrics.
- Experience optimizing websites for user experience (UX/UI), with a focus on improving engagement and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in both English and Russian.
