JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of the Research Associate II/III position is to provide support on biomarker discovery studies to meet company's goals, objectives and quality standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for cell experiments in vitro, pre-treatment, and processing of tissue samples, and execute flow cytometry, pathology/IHC, MSD, and a variety of other experiments.
- Carry out work instrict accordance to SOPs and training sessions.
- Carefully record the experimental process and data and sumbit timely reports to supervisors.
- Analyze, summarize, and report experimental data and relevant documents to supervisors.
- Effective communication within the global biomarker team and with other departments
- Paricipate in the support and daily management of the laboratory team.
- Be able to fulfill other tasks assigned by leaders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. or above in the biotechnology, cell biology, immunology, oncology, or other related fields
- Proficient in using MS Office software and familiar with statistical analysis and all the applications of related analysis software.
- At least one year of experience in a field related to flow cytometry or immunohistochemistry.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Eager to learn new advanced techniques.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Able to operate some routine experiments in vitro, such as cell count, cell resuscitation and cryopreservation, and separation of PBMC, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry related experience preferred.

The California salary range for this position is $26 to $28 per hour.
