Petvisor is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a bridge between business and technology, our team thrives on innovation, solving real customer problems, and delivering impactful features. In this role, you'll partner with Development Teams to lead the evolution of our global online scheduling platform. The ideal candidate has strong product management expertise, operational rigor, and customer-facing experience. You’ll report to a seasoned Group Product Manager and use data to guide feature development and optimize existing functionality.

  • Drive user-centric development by conducting customer feedback sessions, breaking down features into actionable stories, and preparing sprint plans, updates, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope requests, document requirements, and address concerns while keeping teams informed and aligned.
  • Lead development teams on complex projects, refining the product backlog and aligning tasks with the roadmap, business needs, and user feedback.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, to ensure clear goals, continuous improvement, and successful sprint execution.
  • Develop functional specifications, validate use cases through demos, and create clear documentation to support product adoption.
  • Define and track key product metrics to guide decisions, detect pain points, and drive improvements in user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on competitive technologies and contribute to broader industry solutions to enhance platform value.

About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with SaaS and Agile SDLC expertise
  • Customer-facing or consulting experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional follow-through
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Atlassian tools, and BI platforms (Tableau preferred)
  • Proven ability to guide development teams in implementing security, quality, and global design considerations
