We are hiring forward-thinking Associate Customer Support Representative(s) to join our unique team in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Alongside providing excellent service, we are looking for people with an eye for innovation, those who would love to learn and grow as the team grows. This hands-on role in a fast-paced environment requires a deft touch and seamless teamwork.If you are passionate about helping people, a great communicator, and have a penchant for problem-solving, then you’re the exact person we’re looking for.Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language (native speakers preferred) & good typing skills.
- People skills. Effective communication, empathy, and personal integrity.
- An inquisitive and solution-oriented mind.
- A proactive role in helping advance the standards and excellence of our service.
- A penchant for teamwork.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when on-duty.
- Previous work experience is preferred but not required.
- Technical background is advantageous.
