What We Are Looking For:
The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for leading, organizing, and documenting specialized engagements for post-conversion clients; applying best practices for Professional Service engagements; providing technical assistance and training for clients; and completing client-specific projects.Requirements· Prepare standard and customized post-conversion documentation to aid clients in Professional Services engagements. Use correct spelling, grammar, and terminology in documentation.· Thoroughly engage client to create client-specific Professional Services engagement plans.
Act as main liaison for client throughout the engagement. Actively listen to clients in order to know exactly what they need and how you can help them. Communicate clearly and positively with clients at all times. Stay diligent about honoring deadlines, keeping promises and maintaining standards.· Apply best practices for Professional Services engagements and suggest ways to further improve best practices. Recommend strategies and policies that will improve and strengthen development process. Learn from roadblocks in the past and devises strategies to avoid those roadblocks in the future.· Provide technical and training expertise to support Clients throughout the Professional Services engagements. Provide a high level of customer service when communicating in emails and by phone. Provide timely and accurate updates for our clients and internal staff.· Performs other duties as assigned.
Why You Are The Perfect Fit
Experience
Three to five years of similar or related experience. At least two years of KeyStone experience.
Education
(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
