Your mission


As a Sales Development Rep joining our Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent rapport building skills. You will have experience of working to sales targets using a variety of inbound and outbound channels. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • New Business Acquisition: Sell Dash to new customers, smashing ambitious but achievable sales targets.
  • Prospecting: Generate new leads through multiple channels. Inbound/outbound 
  • Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to convert leads and prospects into customers, with a focus on both inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and own a high-performing pipeline to allow accurate forecasting and timely deal closures.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Evaluate and refine our sales processes to improve efficiency and lead conversion.
  • Client relationship management: Develop strong connections with prospects, partners and customers, working with them to address their unique needs.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate your product expertise and ICP knowledge and experience to prospects.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our marketing and product teams to share insights, align strategies, and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Table


  • 3+ years in SaaS sales ideally in the ecommerce sector 
  • Proven success managing pipelines for inbound and outbound sales.
  • Expertise with CRMs like HubSpot and tools like LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
