Position Overview:

 We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Pricing Operations to lead our pricing initiatives and optimize pricing strategies across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pricing mechanisms, experience in stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely pricing to our partners. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to drive product changes and ensure alignment across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Operations Management:
    • Ensure accurate and timely pricing for all products and promotions, ensuring compliance with company policies and market competitiveness.
    • Streamline pricing operations processes, utilizing technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with commerce strategy, product and regional marketing and sales operations teams to align pricing strategies with product changes, market launches, and promotional activities.
    • Ensure all product SKUs are created for all customer cases and comply with Finance requirements.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for pricing adjustments and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner Engagement:
    • Work closely with partners to understand their pricing needs and ensure satisfaction with pricing models and structures.
    • Lead training and support initiatives for partners regarding pricing tools and strategies as well as changes to price books.

  • Leadership:
    • Lead pricing operations team, including analysts

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in pricing, pricing operations, or revenue management, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working collaboratively across departments.
    • Proficient in pricing software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
