Are you a detail-oriented college student looking to gain valuable experience in financial operations? Our Accounts Receivable Internship offers an exciting opportunity to develop critical skills in financial management and learn the intricacies of business accounting.As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you'll work closely with our finance team to support key financial processes and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.

What You'll Do:


  • Assist in processing and tracking customer invoices and payments
  • Help reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies in customer accounts
  • Support the accounts receivable team in preparing aging reports and financial summaries
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries
  • Learn and apply accounting software and financial tracking systems
  • Participate in month-end and quarter-end closing processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:


  • Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 - August 15, 2025).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results.
  • Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
  • Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD or Lexington, KY office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week.
