As
Sr. Analytics Model Management Analyst, you’ll be a member of a project team, leading the creation and support of AI model domain use-cases and the inference of similar use cases within other DoD platforms via the existing Advana Enterprise API. The analyst will assess business rules and collaborates with computer systems engineers and BI Analysts to establish model scope and objectives to meet future domain requirements while operating within the Advana Enterprise and Models as a Service long range strategies.We know that you can’t have great technology services without amazing people.

What you’ll do:
- Providing in-depth technical analysis to enhance and expand Advana MaaS capabilities.
- Engage stakeholders to define requirements and support assessment and problem resolution.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree
- An active U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance (or higher).
- 3+ years of experience supporting the development of Models as a Service (MaaS) functionality
- Prior engagement with the creation and support of models for use cases in specific functional domains (e.g., financial management analytics) that may be inferenced for similar use cases.
- Detailed understanding of industry standard MaaS framework features, e.g., metadata tracking, performance monitoring, and continuous retraining to ensure models remain accurate and aligned with specific use cases.
- Proven ability to formulate and define systems scope and objective based on both user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Proven ability to devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capability and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Proven ability to work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
