BluShark Digital is seeking a Paid Search Manager to collaborate closely with our clients on their PPC strategy. We are looking for an individual who enjoys designing, launching and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, and ensuring alignment with clients business strategies. With the opportunity to use both your creative and analytical skills, we are looking for a candidate who will take ownership over client campaigns, seek continual improvement, and make data-driven strategy recommendations. 
As a Paid Search Manager, you will manage and design strategies to be executed on multiple platforms including Google Ads (PPC), Bing, Local Service Ads, Social Media, Display, and Geofencing campaigns. This role is essential in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing strategies through the management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for client interaction, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and measurable results.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with new clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and digital marketing needs
  • Develop comprehensive paid search strategies that align with client objectives
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance, ensuring optimal budget allocation, keyword targeting, and ad copy effectiveness
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
  • Lead scheduled client calls to review reports, discuss strategies, and address any questions or concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in paid advertising
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Google Local Service Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Experience with campaign management, budget management, and creative development
  • Actively involved in client communication and providing recommendations
