What You’ll Be Doing:
- Successfully handle customer contact to diagnose and resolve product and service issues
- Order product and manage warranty bills and charge backs
- Manage jobs efficiently to fill the warranty calendar
- Ensure discipline in ordering timeframes and customer touch points
- Handle post-job calls with homeowners
- Capture accurate documentation of customer interactions and documents into the systems and maintain customer warranty files
- Work closely with the installation, service and warranty teams
- Submit all warranty billable items in a timely manner
- Keep systems updated with warranty work orders
- Order, ship, track, and ensure warranty parts are available for jobs
- Handle communication with fellow teammates in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service and accuracy in work

Requirements
- Team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Customer service focused
- Experience in a construction field preferred, but not required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Salary Description$24/hourly
