As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our revenue teams (sales, customer success, and sales engineers) across SMB to Enterprise. What Skills Do You Possess?
- 3–5 years of enablement experience, preferably in SaaS or technology organizations.
- Proven expertise in onboarding, sales methodologies, and tools like HubSpot, Gong, and WorkRamp.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience creating and delivering scalable enablement programs for highly tenured enterprise teams.
- Fluency in revenue and GTM metrics, with the ability to leverage them to drive initiatives and measure success.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with enablement and productivity tools (LMS, knowledge management systems, and AI-driven platforms).
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines.
What Will You Do?
Modernize Content Creation
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enablement content in diverse formats (video, microlearning modules, interactive guides) to meet the needs of an evolving revenue team.
- Push the boundaries of enablement by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and exploring new formats to engage learners effectively.
Incorporate AI and Technology
- Leverage AI tools to optimize training delivery, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for personalized learning experiences.
- Identify and implement enablement technologies to enhance productivity and streamline knowledge management.
Onboarding Excellence
- Design and execute a world-class onboarding program that reduces ramp time and equips new hires to exceed performance targets.
- Partner with revenue leaders to ensure new team members are empowered with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.
Sales Training and Development
- Deliver impactful training programs focused on core skills like discovery, negotiation, objection handling, account navigation, multi-threading, relationship management, and outbound motions.
- Continuously refine and scale enablement initiatives to address the unique needs of SMB and enterprise teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with GTM leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with business goals and market demands.
- Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, enabling them to coach and develop their teams effectively.
Feedback Loops and Continuous Improvement
- Implement feedback loops with stakeholders to gather insights, identify resource gaps, and refine enablement programs.
- Define, monitor, and report on success metrics to ensure training programs drive meaningful business outcomes.
