Job Description:
Lower, LLC a Columbus, Ohio based National Mortgage Lender is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates to the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Execute strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for our Sales Team
- Execute employer branding activities utilizing LinkedIn and other social media
- Responsible for execution of front-end recruiting process, including, sourcing and screening interviews
- Assess candidate’s skills, experience and knowledge relevant to the position requirements
- Meet weekly with department heads to go over recruiting pipeline and strategies
- Manage all aspects of the sales recruitment life cycle including but not limited to candidate sourcing, prospecting, production evaluation and candidate screening
- Maintain a recruiting database using company CRM and proprietary technology
- Ability to clearly explain the company value proposition in a way that provides transparency and excites candidates
- Provide an elite recruiting experience throughout the entirety of the recruiting process
- Ability to interact and clearly communicate with internal and external clients
- Must be a self-starter and comfortable with independence on projects
- Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
