We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager at NTD Software. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. You will manage the end-to-end process of service delivery, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in project management.
- Proficient in using project management and office tools such as Planview and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with managing financial aspects of projects, including cost management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is essential.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large-scale projects with significant budgets, ensuring successful delivery with limited oversight.
- Oversee all financial aspects of projects, including budget planning, cost management, and tracking expenses.
- Monitor and communicate project progress through regular updates, data-driven insights, and detailed reporting to key stakeholders.
- Apply established project management methodologies to ensure consistent and efficient execution of initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, set clear objectives, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee projects through all phases, from planning to execution, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to timelines.
