This role will support a range of HR functions, driving impactful people initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience within our UK team, while also providing support to our US team as needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to support employees and leaders alike.

Key Responsibilities


  • Talent Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of UK employment laws and company policies.
  • Support performance review cycles, including goal-setting, feedback collection, and calibrations.
  • Partner with managers to facilitate constructive performance discussions and develop actionable development plans.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and UK employment laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Rippling (HRIS) and other systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles, with a strong focus across functional expertise (Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, G&A).
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely communication and providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure our recruitment strategies are competitive and effective.
  • Conduct comprehensive new hire onboarding to ensure seamless integration into the company.
  • HR Programs & Initiatives: Collaborate on People initiatives, including employee engagement, and learning and development.
  • Coordinate logistics for UK people programs, such as training sessions, workshops, and team events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders visiting the office.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally as a Generalist or in a related HR role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Lattice, Lever and Rippling preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
