Protected by Mediaocean, an independent Ad Verification company fully owned by Mediaocean, seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our fast-growing startup.
As our Director of People and Culture, you will be crucial in shaping our company culture, supporting our global team, and driving our rapid growth. You'll be responsible for nurturing our human resources, managing the entire employee lifecycle, and contributing to the company's strategic direction as part of the management team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Contribute to management meetings and company-wide planning
  • Develop HR policies aligned with goals and legal standards
  • Provide data-driven HR insights for decision-making
  • Team building & culture- foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support managers and team members in complex situations.
  • Talent Acquisition- Lead recruitment in Israel (E2E) and oversee hiring in the US and Eastern Europe.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management- Manage onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
  • Global Team Support- Strengthen communication and cohesion for a global team, focusing on collaboration across the US and Eastern Europe.
  • Office & Welfare management, implement employee benefits and initiatives.

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup environment
  • Experience with global team management and cross-cultural communication, experience working with the US is a must.
  • Proven experience in leading HR functions as part of the management team
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience leading recruitment processes in Israel (E2E), with the ability to oversee and support hiring efforts in the US and Eastern Europe.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
