PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
The Application Consultant is responsible for leading planning and design workshops, educating customers on PCRS, collaborating with clients on key decisions to drive best practices, consultative approach to providing business solutions and product adoption, solving business challenges and gaps. This role will be to consult and implement PCMI’s product, PCRS, to enterprise and strategic customers.In this role, you will:
- Deliver in-person and virtual consultative sessions with customers.
- Analyze business operations and methodology to develop best practices.
- Recommend solutions for customer pain points, gaps, needs, goals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing with customers.
- Perform operational assessment post-implementation to drive product adoption, improve business operations, and refine best practices.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in PCRS administration platform for the customer’s end-to-end business operations.
- Manage project tasks and dates with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
- Manage multiple PCRS implementation projects.
- Follow PCMI methodology such as updating project documentation, managing project scope, meeting project schedules, following proper escalation paths, and managing customer relationships.
- Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis at an enterprise level.
- Produce required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).
- Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Develop and execute test plans.
- Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Maintain an 80% or higher utilization rate within Professional Services.
What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
- 2-4 years of demonstrable experience as an Application Consultant at a SaaS company in Professional Services.
- Experience working in all facets of enterprise level SaaS implementations.
- Prior experience in the auto industry, specifically with after-market warranty services.
- Strong knowledge of automobile finance and insurance industry is a strong plus.
- Broad knowledge of insurance administration systems and other business applications, content management solutions.
Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel to client meetings; up to 25%
