Who We're Looking For:

A driven sales professional to lead the way in delivering personalized, high-quality designs to our clients.

Your Role as our Design/Sales Consultant:


  • Design & Collaborate: Partner with our design team, installers, and management to deliver stunning custom window treatment solutions.
  • Sales Ownership: Take charge of the sales process—from consultations and quotes to order placement and follow-ups—with support from our office team.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Provide personalized recommendations during in-home or showroom consultations, ensuring every client’s vision comes to life.
  • Team Player: Contribute to a collaborative, professional team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:


  • Flexible Compensation: Choose a base salary plus commission or a commission-only structure.
  • Earnings Potential: Begin with a $40k base, with first-year earnings between $69k–$73k and potential to exceed $80k in year two.
  • Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for meeting your goals.

Your Day-to-Day:


  • Engage with Clients: Offer tailored advice during showroom and in-home consultations, guiding clients through design options.
  • Manage Sales & Projects: Prepare quotes, manage orders, and oversee projects from measurements to installation.
  • Build Relationships: Utilize provided leads and develop lasting connections with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with installers and operations to ensure exceptional service and project delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:


  • Design Enthusiast: Background in interior design, home decorating, or in-home sales (window treatments, furniture, upholstery) is highly desirable.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in quoting, project management, and conducting in-home consultations. Familiarity with real estate, home staging, or design retail is a plus.
  • Great Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Adaptable & Positive: Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a solutions-focused attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Quoterite is a bonus but not mandatory.
