Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Client Success Manager for our OpCo, Integritek. The Client Success Manager is responsible for working with clients to grow their businesses with full support for products and services. This role is a trusted advisor who serves as a liaison between the client and support team, that not only acts as a technical advisor, but a consultant for their clients.

Integritek is a premier provider of technology services and support that offers IT management, IT consulting, and a full array of communication services. Your work as a Client Success Manager will include the following duties:


• Coordinate with customers to perform Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).• Determine customer needs through QBR process to produce projects and other sales.• Partner with customers on escalated technology support issues.• Document all activity within company provided professional services automation (PSA).• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.• Produce quotes for all customers within a 48-hour period following request.• Manage service board within PSA tool to ensure all customer needs are met.

Our ideal Client Success Manager has the following qualifications:


• 2-4 years' experience in a customer support role and/or managing vendor relationships.• 2-4 years' experience working in managed services or related industry.• Prior experience selling and/or managing data circuits and telephone systems preferred.• Customer Relation Management (CRM) experience preferred.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and usage.• Self-motivated and creative background that is ready to offer thoughtful solutions to customers.• Bachelor's Degree in business-related study preferred.If working directly with customers and IT within the technology services space sounds appealing to you, let’s have a conversation.
