School Social Worker

AnthroMed Education is expanding our team of Social Workers who support our students throughout the state of Michigan, and we want you to be a part of our team! At AnthroMed, our team is committed to enhancing the experience of supporting students social, emotional, and academic success in schools by providing you with the resources, support, and a collaborative culture. We are currently interviewing social workers who are interested in joining our team and working in one of our partner districts in Lincoln Park, MI.

The Role: 


We are hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support maternity leaves for the entire 2024-2025 school year. This role will start with a center-based program maternity leave that goes until Thanksgiving Break. You will support K-12 students in a high-needs building and maintain all IEPs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-needs populations and also be interested in supporting multiple schools over the course of the school year! 

Our Process: 


  • Apply and meet the AnthroMed team: qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us and learn all about our process and the support we provide!
  • Learn about you: what grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with?  How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with!
  • Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each role.

Pay & Benefits:  


  • The pay range is $55,000-75,000 annual salary
  • AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed

Qualifications:


  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Approval to work in schools in MI 
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality social work services to students
