Our vision is to become a full-service end-of-life and memorialization resource.We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery. In this role, you will partner with engineering, product management, quality assurance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meet technical and business requirements, and are delivered on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity, drive alignment among teams, and balance technical depth with an overarching programmatic view.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Execution:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, roadmaps, and resource allocations.
- Lead project scoping, requirements gathering, and feasibility assessments in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Define clear success metrics, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders across engineering, product management, UX, QA, and operations to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
- Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and cross-team communication forums to surface risks and address challenges proactively.
- Technical Leadership & Guidance:
- Understand the technical architecture and design principles behind the product to anticipate challenges and guide solution strategies.
- Work closely with engineering leads to identify and mitigate technical risks, optimize project scope, and ensure scalability and performance requirements are met.
- Risk Management & Quality Control:
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Monitor program quality by enforcing best practices, conducting periodic reviews, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Process Improvement & Best Practices:
- Continuously refine program management methodologies, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Mentor teams in agile methodologies, project management frameworks, and relevant tools to bolster operational excellence.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree or certification in project/program management is a plus.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
- 5+ years in technical program or project management roles, leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Communication & Leadership Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks, project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Adept at identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and making data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
